Attentive
Across the organization I found everyone to be friendly as well as professional. The entire staff was attentive to my well being. Additionally, they worked me into the office schedule as an emergency patient and did not resent the inconvenience that I presented. I would give them high marks in all areas especially Dr. Shapiro- he was very professional, did not hesitate to answer all of my questions and took up all the time I needed to feel confident in my decisions.
